  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

    • Free economy shipping on orders over $89.95.

Important note about preorders:  although we ensure the product is shipped as soon as received from distributor, delays may happen in the supply chain, from manufacturer to distributor. Please make sure you understand that we cannot control those delays before placing an order. Delays are not common but may happen.
