At Pops And Toys, we want your shopping experience to be as joyful as receiving your dream collectible! Please read our policy regarding purchasing and cancellations carefully.
1. Purchasing Options

Online Orders: All our products are available for purchase directly through our Shopify website. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards ([List card types, e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover]), Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed on the product page at the time your order is placed.

Availability: Product availability is shown on our website. While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, in the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative product.

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order request. It does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute a confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
2. Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change. Here's how our cancellation policy works:

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24hours of placing it. This allows us to halt processing before it's too late.

How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@popsandtoys.com with your order number, or go to your account and request cancellation. We will confirm your cancellation and process your refund promptly.

After the Cancellation Window: If you request a cancellation after the window described above or if your order has already been processed and prepared for shipment (meaning a shipping label has been created or the package has been handed over to the carrier), we may not be able to stop the shipment.

In such cases, your order will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for instructions on how to return the item once you receive it. Standard return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees may apply, as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

Pre-orders:

Pre-orders for upcoming toys can be canceled for a full refund within 48 hours of placing it.

After 48 hours, a 15% cancellation fee applies.

Once a pre-order item ships, the standard cancellation policy (as outlined above) applies.

3. Refunds for Cancellations

Approved cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
4. Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: unavailability of stock, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, or if we are unable to process payment information. If we cancel your order, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
